Happy Dale Online Sanitarium has the usual requirements and restrictions of any sanitarium to approve your APPOINTMENT.  You cannot just talk to your favorite Doctor any time of day...  For help filling out the paperwork a few forms have been provided.  You can find them by checking our bulletin board for the appropriate form.   Our statistics information may also be of help with your chances of a timely appointment.  Be sure that you are familiar with our rules.  Patients rights are a primary concern here so be aware of your rights.  A narrow opportunity is always within your reach, just reach out to one of our helpful staff members.
