I, (fill in the blank) of sound mind,  pronounce myself clinically insane and am hereby committing myself to Happy Dale Online Sanitarium. I have read the policies below and I understand all the guidelines of this institution and waive all my rights to the competent staff of Happy Dale.

​I have taken all the necessary tests on this site to realize that I am clinically insane and in need of institutionalization.  I am now ready to give up all my normal legal rights as a citizen of the planet earth and transfer them to Happy Dale.  By becoming an inmate, I recognize that I might be here for a long time. I expect to be a better person when I am discharged.

Happy Dale grants you an unlimited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of . Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Happy Dale does not sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.
