"The North Wing has few visitors, thanks for stopping by, we are glad to see you!  Care to join us in a game of charades?  Rick is really good at it.  Wally has fun no matter what.  don't listen to Jack too much, he always complains and then Ben's parrot repeats it so there is basically a lot of complaining going on.  That doesn't bother Louis too much though as he hardly understands English.  If you have any questions, just ask Norman as  he is the only normal one in here.
